breakfast NOW! Please 

Do you love a delicious quick breakfast? I mean come on I’m starving after being awake for 10 minutes and I need food quick. My favorite is eggs and a side of turkey bacon. 2 sunny side fried eggs with spicy turkey bacon  🌶  first you take some oil you can use cooking oil or coconut oil heat it on medium high crack the eggs into the oil add salt and pepper (add chilli flakes and garlic powder for some extra flavor) after the yolk looks a bit dry you flip the egg and fry the yolk. If you’d like the yolk still a bit runny then fry it for it a minute. If you want to fry the yolk through fry it for 2-3 minutes max. Remove eggs and now for the spicy turkey bacon. In the same pan add 2 slices of turkey bacon sprinkle cajun powder on it then flip it and sprinkle powder on that side too (make sure to turn the exhaust on) sizzle to your liking (I like mine crispy) Usually I have coffee and a slice of mixed grain toast. 


Sometimes I’m in the mood for something on the fruity side. I love mixing some brown sugar into plain yogurt and layering it with mixed berries and granola you can add a cookie to garnish the parfait. You can also replace the yogurt with smoothies or flavored yogurt of your choice. Berries can be replaced with bananas and dark chocolate morsels. 


Breakfast is very important and sometimes you just don’t feel like eating anything to heavy. If you really dislike eating in the morning then eat a handful of almonds. Not only do almonds give your energy but they’re rich in fat and great for your brain.
